Support Camp Mahachee's Restoration
Since Spring 2022, Girl Scouts of Tropical Florida and dedicated community partners have been working together to restore and reimagine Camp Mahachee’s hardwood hammock. With the help of volunteers, Girl Scouts, and environmental experts, we’ve removed invasive species, planted native vegetation, and created a vibrant butterfly and pollinator garden. This natural space is not only beautiful – it’s a place where girls can learn about the environment and make lifelong memories with new friends.
There is still work to be done to maintain and beautify Camp Mahachee. Here's how to get involved and support:
