Camp Wesumkee is open for tent camping, but needs our love! Join us for a day of beach clean-up and activities, and a night (or two) of family tent camping! GSTF has partnered with CoastLove to bring our community together to clean our Wesumkee shoreline! CoastLove will be coordinating the daytime activities on Saturday, including a beach clean-up, fun educational activities and mangrove planting! Evening activities will include a campfire, songs, and s'mores, plus a sunrise Yoga session. Participants have the option of day pass, or a day+night tent camping pass. Two-night camping passes (Friday and Saturday night) are available for experienced campers upon request and approval from Council.

Choose between:
Saturday Day Pass: $10 per person, which includes all Saturday day activities and supplies (11 am -3 pm), plus Clean Jeans Fun Patch with Wesumkee Bar.
Tent Camping Pass: $25, which includes 9am-11am early access for tent set up, all Saturday day activities (11-3 pm), Clean Jeans Fun Patch with Wesumkee Bar, additional Camp Wesumkee Fun patch, s'mores, evening campfire, overnight tent camping access, and tentative morning sunrise Yoga session.

This program is open to families and all ages; however, we caution all that this is a rustic camping environment. GSTF will provide Portajohns, and potable water access via hose (no hot water, showers, or cabins available). Overnight campers need to bring all equipment for cooking (camp stove recommended), their own food, tents, and we recommend additional water.

Consider whether your participants have sufficient camping experience for this experience. Adults who have already completed Troop Camp Training (TCT) but want to build confidence with tent camping are welcome to register for Tent Camp Training 102 HERE, offered at the same time as this Campout. Please ensure that Girl Scouts will have adequate adult supervision before registering.

All attending adults must be registered Girl Scouts and have passed a background check. We will reach out to any non-member adults to ensure they are registered and cleared.

The adult-to-girl ratio for outings, activities, camping, and travel means a minimum of two registered, approved, adult volunteers who are unrelated, including one female, must be present for up to this number of girls:
* 6 Girl Scout Daisies
* 12 Girl Scout Brownies
* 16 Girl Scout Juniors
* 20 Girl Scout Cadettes
* 24 Girl Scout Seniors
* 24 Girl Scout Ambassadors

More information including a packing list will be provided.
