Join us for Season 4 of our Women in STEM series! If you've ever used
a color-changing product- like a magical toothpaste that changes
shades- you've witnessed the work of a cosmetic chemist! This month,
our featured Women in STEM speaker is Montaleé Berry, a Cosmetic
Chemist who turns chemistry into beauty. Montaleé began college at age
16, and holds a Master's in Pharmaceutical Science specializing in
Cosmetic Science, as well as a Master's in Public Health, and a
Bachelor of Science in Chemistry. She now works as a Product
Development Manager at Pattern Beauty where she creates curly and
coily hair products for a brand founded by Tracee Ellis Ross. She
takes products from lab to shelf, often keeping them secret for years
before launch! Want to know how long she's had to keep a product
secret? Or what it's like to mix chemistry with creativity? Join us to
hear how Montaleé mixes chemistry, creativity, and confidence in the
beauty world.
