Girl Scouts of Tropical Florida and community partners began working to restore Camp Mahachee's hardwood hammock entrance in Spring 2022. Together with Girl Scouts and volunteers, we removed invasives, planted natives, and created a pollinator and butterfly garden. Here, Girl Scouts will have a chance to learn about butterflies and the environment, do bridging ceremonies and make new friends.
