Girl Scout Cookie and Fall Product Sales

    Girl Scouts participate in two council sponsored money earning activities: Girl Scout Cookie Sales and Fall Product Sales. The 2007 Fall Product Sales features QSP "Be a Reader" Magazine Program and tasty Ashdon Farms Nuts and Chocolates. The 2008 Cookie Sale features THREE new cookies -- read below and find out more!

Troop participation helps girls pay for:

- fieldtrips

- campouts

- community service projects

- travel experiences

Support of Council sponsored product sales helps to fund:

- recruitment

- trainings & workshops

- girl programs

- scholarships

- Facility maintenance: Camp Choee, Camp Mahachee, South Miami Little House, Coral Gables Little House and Camp Wesumkee

Thanks to the community support of Council sponsored product sales nearly 16,000 girls and 5,000 adult volunteers in Miami-Dade and Monroe are able to participate in Girl Scouting.

Participation in Product sales is a FUN and UNIQUE way for girls to learn TEAMWORK, achieve GOALS, develop SELF-CONFIDENCE and business SKILLS while building memories and friendships. Today, as when founded in 1912, GIrls Scouting builds girls of COURAGE, CONFIDENCE, and CHARACTER, who make the world a better place.
